Since forming Dan Goodwill & Associates in 2004, Dan has focused his consulting efforts on assisting shippers in Canada, the United States and Mexico to more effectively manage their freight transportation programs. He has successfully completed consulting assignments in a variety of industries that include the pulp and paper, food, beverage and telecommunications verticals. Dan is particularly knowledgeable in all modes of surface transport and shippers benefit greatly from his extensive carrier knowledge, contacts and rate negotiation skills.

In conjunction with BIG Media (publishers of Truck News), Canadian Transportation & Logistics and MotorTruck Fleet Executive, he co-hosts two annual transportation conferences for shippers and carriers. Dan is a frequent speaker at industry events, writes a bi-monthly column and is well known for his weekly blog on current transportation topics.
